The Target Was Right. The Toyota Corolla Wasn't.
Not every ADAS problem is a setup problem.
On this Toyota Corolla, we ran a radar check expecting to validate our target placement.
Instead, we learned something more important:
👉 The target wasn’t the issue
👉 The readings didn’t change with adjustments
👉 The problem was within the vehicle itself
Even after:
height adjustments
different reference measurements
switching targets
The deviation remained.
That tells you something critical:
You must check every variable before assuming the cause.
Because if you calibrate without identifying the real issue:
👉 You’re just teaching the system bad information
