Candy The HungryFATChick at Curbside, Trying the JJ Feel Good In Baton Rouge, LA!
Haha I was calling the JJ Feel Good, a JJ Fresh.. Yes, I'm a noob!
Combining fresh beef, fresh buns, and fresh-cut fries, Nick Hufft knows what's good. He's the owner operator of Curbside, a new gourmet food truck, rockin' and rolling down the streets of Baton Rouge and New Orleans. I sampled one of their gourmet burger concoctions personally, a "JJ Feel Good" - A Perfectly Seared Beef Patty covered in warm Black Truffle Double Creme Brie, a Roasted Garlic Green Onion Relish and then finished off with a Louisiana Strawberry Balsamic Jam, an order of their fresh cut fries, a few pieces of their delectable praline bacon on the side, and I had an Arnold Palmer to drink. An Arnold Palmer is a mixture of sweet tea and lemonaid, so good!
By the way, I was so excited about my burger choice today, that I was calling it a JJ Fresh all up in my video. o.O LOL! JJ Feel Good is right! When I first bit into that burger, I felt like I'd just found Burger Nirvana. I totally have a new burger crush, and I can't wait to see what's cookin next week.
Another thing I'm very fond of with Curbside, is their buy local, think green attitude. Along with the amazing quality of their food, it is served on 100% compostable products. This makes me very happy.

I will admit the price is a little steep for my taste, usually, but the food was so worth it. I will be making regular trips to Curbside each week, just to see what sort of delicious offerings are available. Also, the Fresh-cut French Fries alone could be my new religion, very crisp and flavorful. I will have to try some of their other flavored fries next time.
