Add the Yes button to your user account control (UAC) dialog

You attempt to run a program as an administrator. You are greeted with the user account control (UAC) dialog asking if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. Then, you see the following: To continue, enter an admin user name and password. The only option is No. What do you do? You watch this video. This rather simple problem (there are no admin accounts on your PC) has an annoying fix, which requires you to reboot into Safe Mode and input commands which might not mean anything to you. But don't worry, everything is explained in order to assure you everything will be OK and the problem will be solved. Here are the commands, if you want to copy them directly:
net localgroup administrators YourUserName /add
shutdown /r /t 0
