The virtue of the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious, and the Most Merciful.
The Turkish Translation of the Prophet Job's Prayer:
O Lord, this affliction has deeply touched me. You are the most merciful of the merciful. Have mercy on me, O Lord.
The Arabic Prayer of Prophet Job:
We should say, "O Lord, in Your presence, we are the most merciful of the merciful."
The essence of the famous story of Prophet Job, peace be upon him, is this:
Despite remaining for a considerable time afflicted with numerous wounds and bruises, he endured the illness with utmost patience, thinking of the immense reward it would bring. Then, worms, emerging from his wounds, entered his heart. And when they touched his tongue, because they touched his heart and tongue, which are the loci of Divine remembrance and knowledge, he thought that the duty of worship would be harmed, so he prayed not for his own peace of mind, but perhaps for the sake of Divine worship: "O Lord, harm has touched me. It is harming my remembrance with my tongue and my worship with my heart." Almighty God accepted that sincere, pure, and unbiased supplication for the sake of God in a most miraculous way, bestowed upon him perfect health, and bestowed upon him the varieties of His mercy.
