How To Bring Modded Vehicles In GTA Online from PC to PS5 Tutorial
This is a long and hard ;() process, but to some people it may be worth the time and effort to make your own modded cars on PC and bring them to PS5. This might also work for Xbox, but Idk how save data transfers work on Xbox as I only play on PS5.
You can also avoid needing GTA V on PC by just using the save editor, but using a mod menu allows you to see the vehicles as you modify them, also mod menus are updated more often than save editors so if you want a more recent vehicle, you may need a mod menu.

Real life requirements:
-PC with GTA V Legacy or Enhanced
-PS5 with Legacy (PS4) and Enhanced (PS5)
-A second PS5 or a friend willing to help
-USB with at least 500MB of storage
-GTA V save editor
In-game requirements:
-GTA V PC Story Mode mod menu
-Penthouse Apartment
-Facility with street cars in it (7 max)
-At least $300K for the apartment style
The HTOS Bot Command I used: /encrypt upload_individually:True include_sce_sys:False playstation_id:(your psn name)
