We're continuing to experiment with Ivan-tea fermentation. The first version is presented on my wife's channel – link below. This is the second version, using a freezer. For comparison, we brewed dried Ivan-tea – the difference is huge.
Which fermentation method should I choose? I think any will do. The main thing is to stop the fermentation process in time and start drying. We met an interesting person in the forest who shared his impressions of Ivan-tea (also known as fireweed or Koporye tea) with us.
