Jazz Mafia is an eclectic collective of musicians with diverse backgrounds in classical, jazz, hip hop, and electronic music. Since the early 2000s they’ve been building a community of artists, composers, and musicians throughout the Bay Area and beyond. But when the pandemic hit, they had to change gears to keep the music playing. So they started experimenting with new ways to connect with their audience like live streams, outdoor performances, and personalized birthday songs in an effort to carry the legacy of Jazz Mafia into a new era.
