Deadly downpour in Odessa: nine dead, hundreds evacuated
A powerful downpour lashed Odesa. In just seven hours, the region received nearly two months' worth of rainfall. Flooded streets, collapsed minibuses, downed power lines, and fallen trees—the consequences of the storm were catastrophic. Nine people died, including a family of five and a child.
