HIGH PROBABILITY DAY TRADING STRATEGY BEAR MARKET : DOUBLE BOTTOM PATTERN
HHTrader Joins me for a Stock Market Day Trading Lesson - this lesson focuses on day trading patterns similar to "buy the dip" but with big emphasis on when, why, and where. Since we have been in this bear market, resistance breakouts are not high probability, what has been working statistically for most day traders across the stock market are double bottom patterns off of support levels. Because we are in a bear market shorters and sellers have control of higher time frame momentum, so we are looking to enter where shorters are covering causing small buying pops leading to other buyers to confirm momentum change by identifying the double bottom pattern meaning 2 candles forming exact to near exact bottoms of the bodies or wicks. We consider this a high probability day trading strategy.
