Behind the Scenes of My Cold Exposure❄️
After receiving some comments on previous videos, I’ve decided to add a couple of clips to show you a little of what goes on behind the scenes. :)
You'll see that my cold exposure sessions are always a bit longer than what you usually see, and here’s why I move so slowly:
1. A small knock or tap of my leg against a rock can easily create a bruise.
2. I’m in no rush to move quickly.
Filming solo over the years has taught me to be prepared to get in the water straight away:
1. In case the camera decides to tumble downstream, requiring a sudden recovery (and I don’t fancy wearing wet clothes!).
2. I’m also playing with mindset, switching between my right and left brain.
Now more than ever, I cherish living for moments and experiences. Each cold dip is a blessing, and I appreciate the opportunity to share it with you.
Enjoy the behind-the-scenes look and thank you for watching! BTW this was filmed in early February 2024 - a little out of chronological order🙏
Here is my website - I have added two more awesome dates for a retreat in poland
