ASK A TECH: What's amine blush? It sounds scary!
Amine blush forms on the surface of the epoxy when curing in the presence of air, especially in high humidity conditions. It's an oily or waxy film that forms on the surface that's water soluble. So, all you have to do, is get some plain water, and an abrasive pad, scrub the surface, and then dry it off with a paper towel. You'll go from a high glossy surface to a more dull surface. That will show you that you've removed all the amine blush.
