Diffusion maps can be used to learn complex and non-linear physical features from measurement samples of quantum spin models. We show the method's applicability in learning features of quantum spin models such as discrete symmetry order and discrete symmetry breaking phase transitions, as well as the onset of phases such as many-body localized (MBL) and valence bond solids (VBS).
