How to Install Python 3.9 and Pycharm and write your first script to capture live video from webcam.
Note that I already have Jupyter Notebook and Anaconda installed using its own verison of python. But the python from Anaconda is not in the global environment path and is only visible to Anaconda. But, the Python 3.9 installed in this video is set in the environment variable and is visible to Pycharm.
