At the ITB in Berlin, I was able to speak exclusively with Miles & More Marketing, PR and Communications Director Bastian Neumann-Semerow. I was able to talk to him in depth about the many innovations from 3.6.25. I wanted to find out from him what Miles & More had in mind when it was introduced and how this fits in with the new strategy of focusing on us miles collectors. We talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the new features, about the discontinuation of Flex Plus and the mileage bargains, about the new fees and, finally, about the new M&M member ITA Airways.
