I've seen 'cell activators' being sold as actual products. Guess who else sells them, and for much less, in huge quantities?....Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot...to name just a few!
It's just #silicone guys. Maybe even watered down silicone (not sure how that works) but my point is, it's not a fancy formula.
You can ALSO do this with #isopropyl alcohol in a spritz bottle. It'll break up the white resin in exactly the same way! The key is to do a very light, fine misting 👍🏻
