This time, the self-proclaimed president said that his country was ready to help Ukraine rebuild after the war, as the US authorities would allegedly be ‘not in the mood’. According to Lukashenko, ‘the Americans are currently in charge of Ukraine's leadership. And if something needs to be resolved, Volodymyr Zelenskyy immediately flies to Washington.’ He reproached the Ukrainian president for not travelling to Minsk or Moscow ‘to finally end this war’.
