HRT can be started in perimenopause, which can occur in the early 40’s or late 40’s.
If you are currently in menopause or postmenopause, there is a window to begin HRT during this time. ⬇️
Within 10 years of starting menopause,
Within 10 years of the end of your last menstrual period,
Within 10 years of having an oophorectomy (removal of both ovaries).
