Onyx Editor Suite restyles the three windows you live in all day. It installs in minutes, adds nothing to your builds, and every feature can be switched on or off from a single Preferences page.
Editor palette

A coordinated dark theme for the Scene view: slate background, muted grid and guide lines, accent-colored selection outlines, and a subtle Play Mode tint that tells you you're playing without turning the whole editor a loud color. Apply it with one click; restore Unity's defaults with one click.

Hierarchy
Section headers: name an empty object "--- Environment" and it becomes a full-width labelled bar.
Alternating row shading for easy scanning.
Tree guide lines that show nesting depth at a glance.
Component icons at the right of every row, with a warning icon for missing scripts.
Inline active toggle to enable or disable objects without opening the Inspector. Undoable and prefab-aware.
Project window

Well-known folders are tinted by category: Scripts, Scenes, Prefabs, Materials, Shaders, Textures, Models, Animation, Audio, UI, Resources, Plugins and more. Folders starting with an underscore get your accent color. Works in the one-column tree, the two-column list and the icon grid.

Built for teams
One Preferences page: Edit ▸ Preferences ▸ Onyx Editor Suite.
Per-user settings only. Nothing is written to your project or version control.
Choose your own accent color and header prefix.
Clean, commented C# in a dedicated editor-only assembly, easy to extend with your own folder colors or palette.
