In Bannerlord, Tactics Skill is gained by commanding simulated battles(F1 F3 does give you experience), winning battles at difficult odds and escaping while sacrificing troops if caught in a fight.
Each Skill Level will grant a 0.1% simulation advantage and decrease the troops you have to sacrifice when escaping by 0.1%.
