Discngine SWAPP: Spotfire Web Application for Pipeline Pilot - Part 2: Create interactive Dashboards
The video is part two of a tutorial on the SWAPP, the Spotfire Web Application for Pipeline Pilot by Discngine. It shows how end-users can benefit from the combination of Pipeline Pilot and Spotfire in an integrated user interface. After connecting to the SWAPP application, users can select protocols to execute from the menu bar. The video demonstrates several examples of how protocols can be used to retrieve data, compute molecular properties, and apply a clustering algorithm to a dataset. The output of the protocols includes both data and instructions for creating visualizations. The SWAPP panel can also display content generated by Pipeline Pilot, such as text, images, charts, and web links. The video explains that end-users can continue to use Spotfire’s standard functionality and that marking synchronization can be activated for more interactivity.
