This build has been an absolute MONSTER as you can tell so far, it's going to be different at 99!!
Dual Slashing Takeover will give it a 87 speed at 99 Overall, which is going to be OP at 7'1! You could also put on Dual Sharp Takeover to get up to a 93 three ball! Can't wait to grind this build out, and drop some 99 OVR gameplay!
