!!Attention!! I cut the video short. An added thing: in this video it shows the text "Preparing Automatic Repair" it sometimes shows that, sometimes it does not. It doesn't do anything. I've let it do that for over twelve hours and it seems to do nothing.
At the end, where I cut it, it would normally go on for another twenty to twenty-five minutes before it just restarts and goes back to the Bios. This is all it does.
A little video to show kinda what's going on.
My (sort of) recently purchased Wacom Cintiq Companion randomly decided it doesn't want to boot it's os anymore after restarting it. If anyone can help, that would be great.
Backstory... Starting with what's relevant: I had just installed the antivirus program I use on all of my machines.
It installs then Restarts the machine. Everything is going fine, right? It then runs an initial scan to complete setting itself up. Nothing bad is found. Not too long after that I notice the volume buttons and the auto-rotation lock on the side don't work, and I guess that the drivers didn't load properly so I eventually decide to just restart it.. 'Windows Update and Restart' being the only restart option. It updates and everything seems to he going fine, but it doesn't start up right away like it normally would.... This video is basically what I'm seeing at this point. His happens every time I try to turn it on. It never boots the OS. It just goes straight to the system bios.
Thanks anyone who's able to help.
