The CP_MEASURE2POINTS command in CADPower is an amazing tool that will help you measure accurately between two points in any curve (line, polyline, spline, arc etc.).
Additionally, you can also create a dimension between these points showing the exact curved distance between the two points. There are also options to break the curve at the two points.
