YOU NEED:
2 kg of flour

2 dl of oil
2dl of water
300 grams of cheese
500 grams of ham
300 grams of ketchup
parchment paper/aluminum foil
PREPARATION: Make a dough from 1400 grams of flour, 500 ml of heated milk (separate 250 ml of milk and pour it into a crushed cube of yeast and a cube of sugar and wait for the yeast to rise). Put two teaspoons of salt, yeast that has risen, 4 beaten eggs, 2 dl of oil and 2 dl of water into the flourand 250ml of milk. Combine all that and let the dough rise. Mix 500g of chopped ham, 300g of ketchup and 300g of cheese. When the dough has risen, mix it well by hand (knead), pour flour on the work surface and separate approximately 1/5 of the dough and mix well in the flour so that it does not stick to your hands. Roll out the rolling pin dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut triangles according to the desired size. Put a teaspoon of the mixture (ham, cheese, ketchup) on each triangle. Roll it up as shown in the video, and pack them on a baking sheet. Brush all the rolls with egg and bake at 220° for 15-20 minutes until they are nicely browned.
Enjoy!
