LiveDesign Connector for Pipeline Pilot Part 1: Introduction
The video introduces the Schrödinger LiveDesign Connector for BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot by Discngine. It shows how end-users can benefit from the integration of Pipeline Pilot Protocols to extend the capabilities of the LiveDesign Platform. In the LiveDesign user interface, Pipeline Pilot protocols can be triggered using a dedicated gadget. The video demonstrates several examples of how protocols can be used to compute properties, cluster molecules by similarity, and add new molecules to a LiveReport. The LiveDesign Connector for Pipeline Pilot gives full control to protocol designers to interact with the LiveReport object and allows for the creation or modification of LiveReports programmatically. The next video will demonstrate how to design and register a new protocol for the LiveDesign Connector.
