Tap on Settings.
Scroll down and tap on Privacy and Security.
Tap on Passcode Lock.
Enter your current passcode.
Tap on Turn off passcode.
Tap on Turn off to confirm.
Why You Might Want to Disable the Passcode Lock:
It can be inconvenient to have to enter a passcode every time you want to open Telegram.
