UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) are the ultimate beneficial owners of an organization. More than 1.5 million organizations are required to register their UBOs in the UBO Register. The UBO Register contributes to preventing the use of the financial system for fraud, terrorist financing, or money laundering.
