In computer networking, the Hot Standby Router Protocol is a Cisco proprietary redundancy protocol for establishing a fault-tolerant default gateway. In this episode we design our own HRSP packet by using Wireshark to sniff HSRP packet. Then we use scapy and python to create a packet and send into the network which will completely break the default Gateway on the switches running HSRP.
