Windows 11 start menu not working?
Many users can fix it using PowerShell Command:
Step 1: Press Windows Key + R to launch Run Window.
Step 2: Press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Windows PowerShell as administrator
Step 3: Copy and paste the command to Windows PowerShell:

Way 1: Run Windows in safe mode.
If your start menu works normally in safe mode, your default settings and basic device drivers are not the causes of this issue. Thus, you need to check if the third-party applications cause the start menu not working. Try to uninstall the third-party applications on PC to solve the problem.
Way 2: Update graphics drivers.
Outdated graphics drivers may lead to your Windows 11 Start Menu not working. Thus, you can try to update it to fix the issue.
Way 3: Reset PC.
Start Menu not working may be caused by some settings changes on PC. Thus, you can remove your apps and custom settings without losing personal files by resetting Windows.
