The Clare County Library in Ennis has developed an innovative Irish Traditional Music Archive. For the first time over 600 pieces of music, old recordings, and sessions, played by Clare musicians over the decades are now available to listen to and to learn.
In addition to the recordings of very strongly based Clare tunes, the music notation of the tunes is also available, which has proved an invaluable resource for teachers of traditional music, and for those studying and researching Traditional music.
