Hello, growers! My name is Charles Lee from HMDigital. We are a manufacturer of water-testing instruments. Today I want to talk to you about the Com 80 Conductivity and TDS meter.
This is a water-resistant digital conductivity and TDS meter, also known as DTM. When you turn the meter on, it will read 0 in millisiemens, mS, which you may also know as EC of conductivity. It also has an on-screen temperature display like easy conversion Celsius to Fahrenheit, Celsius and back.
When you hold the mode button down, the bottom button, you can scroll through until you see microsiemens, which is a new S on top and a microsiemens is one-thousandth of a millisiemens, which you also know as EC, so therefore 1,000 microsiemens equals 1 millisiemens or 1 EC.
You scroll down further by holding the bottom button down and you’ll read in PPM, which is the conversion of conductivity. In this case, this meter reads in the 500 scale or 0.5 of conductivity.
The COM 80 is super easy to calibrate, super easy to read, and very easy to use, and it’s very reliable, and this should be your conductivity meter of choice.
