RECIPE:
Eggs - 4
Sugared sugar - 100g
Flour - 130g
Cocoa powder - 20g
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 10g
Vanillin - 1g
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Apples - 4 small or 2 large
Blackcurrants
Vegetable oil for greasing the pan
Powdered sugar or grated chocolate for sprinkling, optional
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
