At Hunter Laing, a monthly panel meets to confer on the private bottling of near-perfect expressions of each region of Scotland. In this particular expression, Rex & Daniel find a 21 year old Highland/Lowland single malt and use the opportunity to expound on the alcohol shipping laws in the United States.
