What types of cameras are there? Sensor types | Full frame | APS-C | Micro 4/3 | Medium format
There are a huge number of different cameras in various formats on the market today. In this video, I discuss the three main types of camera sensors—full-frame, cropped (APS-C), and Micro Four Thirds—and their differences, advantages, and disadvantages. We also briefly touched on medium format, which is uncommon, but cameras of this format are still being produced and developed.
