Selection of the input voltage divider is done using an analog switch mux driven by PCF8574 PORT P0 and P1 bits:
0 - ratio = 1:20 range = 0 - 40V
1 - ratio = 1:10 range = 0 - 20V
2 - ratio = 1:5 range = 0 - 10V
3 - ratio = 1:1 range = 0 - 2V
