How to Allow Screen Sharing in Zoom
How do you allow screen sharing in Zoom?
If you're the Zoom meeting host, and participants try to share their screen, they may get the message:
"Host disabled participant screen sharing."
You want to allow screen sharing. To enable screen share in Zoom during the meeting, the host should click on the little up arrow to the right of the "Share Screen" button.
HOW TO ENABLE SCREEN SHARING FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
You can set your Zoom preferences to allow participants to share their screen, so you don't have to change it for each meeting. To do that on Zoom descktop, go to Preferences, then General. Select Settings and scroll down to the Screen sharing options.
You can allow all participants to share just for the current meeting.
If you want to make this the default setting for all meetings, on the desktop, go to zoom.us, then select Preferences.
Go to General, then Settings, and More Settings.
Scroll down to "Sharing" and set the option to "All participants."
