Who Invented the Ultralight?
The 47th anniversary of the Ultralight aircraft is marked by John Moody's first flight in his Easyriser, 1975. Here we present a video of John talking about his aviation career as he was the very first to take flight in a motor-powered hang glider. This was prior to Part103 regulations as John had to register his glider with the FAA in his day. This kind of flying has now become a very beloved part of experimental aviation.
