RUMOR: the new Xbox Will Have No Disk Drive? ONLIVE APPROACH?
This would probably not be a smart move at this time in my opinion...I say this because currently the consoles are being advertised as the "All in one home entertainment device"...removing the feature of Disk playback would eliminate DVD, HD DVD, Blu-Ray, and if anyone still uses it, CD playback. Yes, we are moving into a world of streaming our entertainment, but the people without internet connectivity or even slow internet connectivity would by all means suffer from this change.
