Quests: Lunar isle and Dream mentor
Skills: 71 Magic
Method 1: 30.7k xp/hr at about 55 rc it may vary because zmi altar gives you random runes which means random xp
Method 1: about 36k-40k xp/hr may vary
At level 75+ runecrafting you can get up to 75k+ xp here
