Local Notification with Date and Time - Xcode 4.5
In this tutorial, I show how to send notifications to your app user even though your app is not currently running. You can send reminders or whatever you want to send to the user at the desired date and time. I show you two ways to do this. First way is to set the notification to pop up 10 seconds after your app enters the background. A second way is that you pick the specific year, month, day, hour, and minute that you want to send your notification.
