Throughout her career, Kim has received various accolades for her teaching, including the Teacher of the Year award at her school district. She has also presented at local conferences on effective teaching strategies for beginning teachers and incorporating technology to assess students.
As a beginning teacher mentor, podcaster, and YouTuber, her mission is to help struggling teachers rediscover their love and passion for their profession. She provides teachers with practical strategies and mindset hacks to make their daily routine easier and more fulfilling with tips for managing the workload, boosting their confidence, and finding balance in their lives.
