In this video, we'll see a simple fix for getting an active bass back to running in case it doesn't make any sound. We will replace the 9V battery on an SR505 bass, but the process is the same for other active basses.

If your bass still doesn’t make sound after replacing the battery, make sure that your cable is fully plugged in. On active basses, the jack is needed to power the preamp!
