Possible with either Vsync or Environment Detail on current DLC Patch at time of upload. Vsync may have multiple-frame window, Environment Detail seems to have 1-frame window.
The game lags enough that the toilet never calculates collision with the giant cherry and thus falls straight through. More research needs to be done to see if this is possible in earlier phases of the fight.
