We failed making the windshield... gonna keep trying until we get it 😝
We failed. The windshield forming didn’t work—the plexiglass got too hot and bubbled, making it completely unusable. That’s $200 down the drain and now we have to start over. It's late at night and we're going for round 2. Except, we ran into even more issues. We're trying to troubleshoot on the fly to see if we can correct the issues by reheating it but... not sure if we're happy with the outcome. This is the reality of custom fabrication. Some things you can’t predict until you try, and sometimes trying means failing. It’s frustrating, but this is how you figure things out—by pushing forward, learning from the mistakes, and doing it again until you get it right 😝
