An HPG statement published on the ANF stated that 14 soldiers were killed in clashes in the Zap region.
According to reports, clashes broke out near the villages of Ziban, Al Latwa, and Abu Hamam on the evening of Tuesday, August 6, following attacks by Damascus forces.
