SAS Visual Analytics customers are well aware of the value of in-memory analytics delivered by the LASR server. Since data is stored in memory and analytics are performed in memory, it is important to ensure that LASR server pages remains in memory. There are controls available to manage LASR server memory, but in some cases it is not clear which controls should be used and when they should be used. Continue watching as we review available memory controls and how they are used to ensure LASR servers do not over commit memory.
