My AI Agent Does Customer Service For My $100K/Month Shopify Store
Raw demo of how I'm using AI agents (OpenClaw) to handle customer service for my Shopify store, Chooki's Chicken Salt.
We do around $100K/month and I was about to hire someone for CS. Instead I built an AI pipeline that handles about 80% of it automatically. Broken bottles, missing items, wrong orders. It checks the inbox, identifies the customer, creates replacement orders in Shopify, and sends the reply.
