Step by step:
If you want to send a file, photo or video from your computer to your iPhone, what do you need to do?
First, go to your computer's search bar and type Microsoft Store.
Click Open and, as soon as the Microsoft Store opens, go here to the search section and type: iCloud.
It will load and this application will appear here with a little cloud. Click on it and, to check if it is the right app, check if the developer is Apple Inc.. If it is, click on Install.
After installing, just click on Open.
When it opens, your name and the options of apps that use iCloud will appear. I recommend that you activate iCloud Drive. Check this option and that's it. You can close this screen.
Now, select the file you want to send to your iPhone. How do you do this?
Open the File Explorer on your computer. There will be a folder called iCloud Drive.
For example: copy a photo (Ctrl + C), find it in the iCloud Drive folder and paste it there (Ctrl + V).
It will appear as if it is loading (it will have a blue bar). When it is finished, a "completed" check will appear on the file.
Now, how do you open it on the iPhone?
On your iPhone, open the Files app (it already comes on the iPhone). Click on it and all the files you sent from your computer will be there.
Then just download it on the iPhone and, if you want, save it to the gallery.
