If you’re new to my channel, I’m Rick Walker and I’ve spent 25 years as a founder and chief investor at Lumicre, LLC, scaling multiple organizations: one to over 2,000 employees, another to 400 employees, and another into 6 states. My team has successfully negotiated over 300 commercial real estate transactions. I am currently averaging 40.3% annual investment returns (IRR) for my fund and direct investments.
I’m sharing the anti-woke, pro-family frameworks behind scaling wealth, wisdom, and relevance for investors.
