Winter will swallow me up
Winter is a strange time of year, bringing both melancholy and peace. Why? That's what I discuss in this video.

Garlic bread recipe:
Mash the garlic with salt and mix well with softened butter. Add finely chopped parsley (optional).
Slice the baguette into slices about 2 cm thick, without cutting all the way through. Spread garlic butter on both sides of each slice, wrap the bread in foil, and place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes. For a crispy loaf, remove the foil for the last 5 minutes.
